Alex Martin, born on May 9, 1973, in New York, is best known as the daughter of Alvin Martin and renowned comedian and actress Whoopi Goldberg. She has appeared in minor roles in films such as Sister Act 2 and Call Me Claus.
She was born to her not-yet-famous mother when she was only seventeen years old. Following suit, Alex became a teen mother herself, giving birth to her first daughter at sixteen.
