About Raquel Cordova
Raquel Cordova, better known as RaqC, is a prominent radio and television personality born on June 28th, 1982 in California. She stars on the Mun2 reality series Jenni Rivera Presents: Chiquis and RaqC and also became a Tastemaker for the 2014 Nuvo TV show The Collective.
Before gaining fame, she sang in her church choir during her teenage years and was involved in the youth group. Her first job was at Wal-mart. RaqC started her radio career in 2000 as a morning show co-host in Palm Springs. She then worked at regional Mexican station La Ley 107.9 in Chicago before enjoying an successful eight-year run as a top personality for Latino 96.3 in Los Angeles.
In addition to her remarkable career achievements, she has received honors such as being voted one of LA Opinion’s Mujeres Destacadas award winners for Arts and Culture category back in 2013, and named a Latina of Influence by Hispanic Lifestyle
