About Zenna Hodge
Zenna Hodge (born June 14, 1992) is a professional makeup artist and actress from the United States. She has worked on several films including Talking Dead, Darcy on House Street, and Light as a Feather. Additionally, she has gained a significant following on social media with 10,000 subscribers on YouTube, 1,000 followers on Twitter, 80,000 on TikTok, and 10,000 on Instagram.
Hodge graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a BFA in acting and started doing makeup for student films during her time there. Prior to pursuing makeup artistry full-time she also worked as an executive assistant to vocal coach Steve Mackey.
In April of 2018 Hodge experienced temporary paralysis in her hands and feet which was eventually treated after extensive testing revealed potential mercury and lead poisoning. This experience greatly influenced her approach to health maintenance going forward
Hodge’s career began when she self-taught special effects alien makeup by watching YouTube videos just before working onset of one of her first gigs. She says this originally stemmed from knowing how to do zombie makeup while at university.
