Zehra Allibhai is a Canadian fitness instructor and kinesiologist, born on March 16, 1982. She gained recognition as one of the first fitness influencers to wear a hijab. Allibhai launched The FitNest, a website featuring workout routines, recipes, and lifestyle content. Her zallibhai Instagram account has amassed over 380,000 followers.
Before her rise to fame, Allibhai excelled in track-and-field and basketball during her teenage years. She later completed an honors degree in kinesiology.
