About Yuyuniz Navas
Yuyuniz Navas is a Colombian TV actress and painter born on February 26, 1972 in Bogota, Colombia. She is best known for her role as Ricarda Patino in the TVN telenovela Aquelarre.
In 2002, she played Marina Astudillo in the show Purasangre before retiring from acting to pursue painting. In addition to her artistic pursuits, she runs a lifestyle blog and operates her own yoga tutorial company.
Navas studied art at the Mulato Gil de Castro Institute and scenic communication at the University for the Arts, Sciences, and Communication in 1994. Her screen debut was in the TVN telenovela Crazy skin alongside Javiera Contador.
She comes from a family with a strong background in creative fields. Her father is renowned painter Reynaldo Navas while her mother is TV host Eli De Caso. She also has a sister who is a journalist named Krishna Navas.
Navas is married to model Alvaro Casanova, with whom she shares one daughter named Antonia.
