About Xiang Yun
Xiang Yun is a Singaporean TV actress known for her work in television dramas. Born on October 27, 1961, in Singapore, she has gained recognition for her roles in popular shows such as The Awakening, Double Happiness, and The Price of Peace. Xiang Yun has won multiple Star Awards for Best Supporting Actress.
Before gaining fame, Xiang Yun was one of the first graduates of the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation drama program. At the Star Awards anniversary special, her character Ah Mei from The Awakening was named as one of the top five most memorable drama characters of the past 25 years.
In 1989, Xiang Yun married actor Edmund Chen. Together they have two children named Yixi and Yixin.
