Wendy Pepper, born on August 23, 1964 in Virginia, is a fashion designer best known for her appearance as a contestant on the first season of Bravo’s Project Runway, where she finished in third place.
Prior to gaining fame as a fashion designer, Wendy studied anthropology in college and while studying in Nepal, she honed her sewing skills by working with local women to sew carpets.
Her designs have been featured at boutiques like Highcliffe Clothiers and local retailer Betsey. She has one daughter with her partner, whom she did not marry.
