About Wendy
Son Seung-wan, also known as Wendy, is a South Korean pop singer born on February 21st, 1994 in Seoul, South Korea. She gained fame as a member of the popular k-pop girl group Red Velvet.
Red Velvet debuted with their album “The Red” in 2015 and have since appeared on many television shows.
Wendy’s passion for singing started at an early age, and she auditioned for the Cube Entertainment Global Auditions in 2010 where she was chosen by G.NA for the finals.
In addition to her music career, Wendy has appeared on TV shows like “We Got Married” as a panelist and participated on “King of Mask Singer”.
She comes from a musically inclined family with both parents being avid music lovers. Wendy has an older sister named Son Seung-hee.
