Vikki Dougan, born Edythe Elaine Tooker on January 1, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York, was an American model-turned-actress who gained fame for her roles in films like The Tunnel of Love and Hootenanny Hoot. She has been widely cited as the inspiration behind the character Jessica Rabbit in the film Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
Before starting her acting career, she began modeling at the age of 11 and won a number of beauty pageants. The folk music group The Limeliters even wrote a song called “Vikki Dougan” in praise of the backless dresses she was known for wearing.
