Victoria Rowell (born May 10, 1959) is an American actress known for her role as Drucilla Winters on the long-running soap opera The Young and the Restless. She was born in Portland, Maine.
Before fame, she studied ballet at the Juilliard School of Music Dance Extension. In addition to her soap opera work, Rowell appeared in the 1994 film Dumb and Dumber and played the role of Dr. Amanda Bentley on the medical drama Diagnosis: Murder.
Rowell has two children from her first marriage to Tom Fahey and married Radcliffe Bailey in 2009.
