Tionna Smalls, born on September 16, 1984 in Brooklyn, New York, is a reality TV star and relationship coach. She gained fame for her appearance on VH1’s What Chilli Wants reality series and is also known as the author of dating-themed self-help books such as Girl Get Your Mind Right and Men Love Abuse. Smalls hosted an MTV program with the same title as her first book.
Before her rise to fame, she completed sociology studies at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and began writing the popular “Ask Tionna” advice column. Additionally, Smalls established a New York fashion business called Lovey’s Accessories Boutique and was involved in running an online business called Majesty’s Closet.
She was raised in Brooklyn alongside her sister Toni Reason.
