Tilly Keeper (born August 16, 1997) is an English actress known for her role as Louise Mitchell in the long-running soap opera EastEnders. She made her debut on the show in 2016, playing the estranged daughter of Phil Mitchell.
Before joining EastEnders, Keeper graduated from the D&B Academy of Performing Arts in Bromley and had previous experience starring in a production of Oliver. Since her time on EastEnders, she has also appeared in a 2016 episode of Millie Inbetween.
In addition to her work on television, Keeper has been featured in commercials for well-known brands such as Oral B and Clean and Clear. As an accomplished actress, she joined season four of Netflix’s hit series You as Lady Phoebe Borehall-Blaxworth.
