Tess Paras (born January 25, 1990) is a Filipino-American actress known for her roles as Jayma on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend and Erin on Just Add Magic. In 2022, she starred in the comedy TV series Josep. Apart from her acting career, she runs the TessTubeBaby YouTube channel where she produces comedy video shorts and highlights from her acting endeavors.
Paras earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Culture, and Communication with a minor in Journalism from New York University before embarking on her entertainment career. She has been outspoken about stereotypical roles for Asian Americans and created the parody video “Typecast,” which garnered over 600,000 views.
