Teddi Siddall was born on August 12, 1953, in Illinois. She is known for her work as a TV actress and is recognized for her role as Cathy in Forever Strong, alongside her husband Gary Cole.

Prior to gaining fame as an actress, Siddall worked as a writer for the TV series Midnight Caller. She also contributed to the book Autism Heroes: Portraits of Families Meeting the Challenge.

Siddall married actor Gary Cole on March 8, 1992. Their daughter Mary was diagnosed with autism, leading Siddall to become an advocate and supporter for families dealing with similar challenges.
