Talisa Soto, born on March 27, 1967 in Brooklyn, New York, is an American model and actress. She gained prominence through her appearances on the covers of Glamour, Elle and Marie Claire magazines. Soto’s acting career took off with her role in the 1995 hit film Mortal Kombat.
Before her rise to fame in the entertainment industry, she began modeling at just fifteen years old and traveled abroad for various photoshoots. Notably, Soto portrayed Lupe Lamora in the James Bond film License to Kill.
