Susana Dosamantes (born January 9, 1948) is a Mexican actress known for her work in both movies and telenovelas. With a career spanning over five decades, she has appeared in at least 50 films and television series including notable works like El Juramento and Rebeca.
In 2021, Dosamantes gained prominence for her role in the show If They Leave Us. Over the years, she has accumulated numerous acting credits, surpassing 60 roles throughout her long and successful career.
Before gaining widespread recognition, Dosamantes had one of her first major roles as Julia Andrade in the TV series Los recuerdos del porvenir in 1969.
Her personal life includes marriage to Enrique Rubio from 1969 until 1974. Together they had a daughter named Paulina and a son named Enrique.
