Sumalee Montano, born on August 3, 1972 in Columbus, Ohio, is a well-known television and voice-over actress. She has lent her voice to various popular shows such as The Casagrandes, Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny, The Loud House and Beware the Batman. Her impressive work extends to video games including Saints Row IV, Dead Island and Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure.

Prior to pursuing acting full-time, Montano worked as an investment bank analyst after graduating from Harvard University as a U.S. Fulbright scholar. Throughout high school she participated in theater productions where she discovered her passion for acting.

Montano has Filipino and Thai heritage and spent some of her earlier years in Bangkok, Thailand before moving back to Ohio where she was born as Sua Sue. She gained recognition for her role on the series ER playing Duvata Mahal for three seasons. Additionally, Sumalee made a guest appearance on This Is Us.
