About Sue Rose
Sue Rose (born July 2, 1954) is an American cartoonist known for creating the animated “Fido Dido” character featured in 1990s PepsiCo commercials and CBS children’s programming. In addition to her work on Fido Dido, she has also written and produced content for children’s shows such as Unfabulous, The Sleepover Club, and Angela Anaconda.
Rose studied at Northwestern University before co-creating Fido Dido with her friend Joanna Ferrone. She went on to write an episode of Doc McStuffins in 2013.
She was born in Topeka, Kansas to Burt and Eleanor Rose and grew up in a family of French and Irish heritage. Rose is married to Brian Davis.
