She got her start with a role on Starsky and Hutch while she was still in high school. Stepfanie also had a recurring role as Claudia on We Got It Made, and then went on to star alongside Fred Dryer in the 2003 series Revamp of Hunter. In 1992, Stepfanie married Mark Richards and they had one daughter together named Lily Claire Richards before divorcing in 2001.
