Stefanie Cohen (born March 28, 1992) is a Venezuelan bodybuilder known for setting the APA deadlift world record with a 402-pound lift at a bodyweight of 123 pounds. She achieved the title of Florida Senior State Gold Medalist in 2015, and has garnered over 1.1 million followers on her steficohen Instagram account. Notably, Cohen’s personal bests include a 544-pound deadlift, 463-pound squat, and a bench press of 253 pounds, with a total of twenty-five records broken.
Prior to her career as a bodybuilder, Cohen played NCAA Division One soccer for San Diego State from 2009 to 2010 and also represented the Venezuelan national team for five years. Additionally, she holds the status of being both an accomplished UFC boxer and doctor of physical therapy.
Cohen is renowned for her groundbreaking accomplishments within the field; lifting an impressive maximum weight of over five hundred pounds while maintaining a petite frame at only five feet tall.
