About Sorana Cirstea
Sorana Cirstea is a Romanian professional tennis player who ranked 21st in the world back in August 2013. She’s got some serious skills, having reached the quarterfinals of the 2009 French Open and winning a title on the WTA circuit. Her journey with tennis began when she was four years old, thanks to her mum introducing her to it. As for achievements on the ITF Junior Circuit – Sorana was at one point a top 10 player!
In 2011 MSN named her as one of the most beautiful women in sports and two years later she started dating Chilean tennis pro Santiago Giraldo. In 2013 she made it all the way to finals at Canadian Open before bowing out to Serena Williams 2-6 0-6.
