Sophia Stallone is the daughter of Rocky creator Sylvester Stallone and model Jennifer Flavin, and has become a huge hit on social media with more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram. She was born with a cardiac malformation that needed surgery when she was two months old, then again at 16. Sophia attended USC for college and has three younger siblings: Sistine, Scarlet, and Seargeoh; her older brother Sage sadly passed away in 2012 from a heart attack.
