Sommore, born on May 15, 1966 in Trenton, New Jersey, is a renowned comedian and actress. She received the coveted Comic of the Year Richard Pryor Award and has showcased her talents in films such as Dirty Laundry and Soul Plane.
Prior to her successful career in entertainment, Sommore pursued higher education at Morris Brown College. In 2002, she made her film debut as Cookie in “Friday After Next” which further solidified her presence in the industry.
Adding to her accomplishments, Sommore emerged victorious on the television show Celebrity Fit Club and even secured a place in Guinness’ Book of World Records for performing live for an audience exceeding 50,000 people.
