About Simone Joy Jones
Simone Joy Jones is an actress and singer known for playing Lisa in the Peacock series Bel-Air. She was also in Netflix’s The Chair, as well as a 2021 episode of American Rust. When she was 10, she starred in Miracle Worker on Broadway. Simone then went on to study drama/musical theatre at Carnegie Mellon University, where she got her Bachelors in Fine Arts. Along with acting, Simone had music under the name S!MONE and released singles like We featuring Dan Sully. Growing up, her parents exposed her to Christian music which sparked her interest in singing – watching her mother sing at choir rehearsals only added to that love. Her co-stars on Bel-Air included Jabari Banks.
