Simone Biles, born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio, is an American gymnast known for her exceptional achievements. At the 2016 Olympics, she clinched four gold medals in the all-around, team, floor exercise and vault competitions. With outstanding performances at both the Olympics and World Championships, Biles has secured a place as one of the most decorated gymnasts in U.S. history.
Prior to achieving fame as a gymnast, Biles dedicated thirty hours per week to training while attending The Redd School. Her first vault gold medal came at the Jr. Visa Championships in 2012. Over three years from 2013-2015, she won ten gold medals at World Championship events.
