About Silvana Armenulic
Silvana Armenulic, born on May 18, 1939 in Yugoslavia, was a renowned Yugoslav folk singer known for her emotional renditions of sevdalinka songs. She rose to fame with her hit song “A ta A‡e mi A3⁄4ivot.” Prior to her music career, she learned to play the mandolin during her elementary school years and later formed a musical duo with Toma Zdravkovic after moving to Belgrade.
Tragically, Armenulic’s life was cut short when she died in a car accident at the age of thirty-seven. She was married to tennis player Radmilo Armenuli and had one daughter.
