About Sigi Wimala
Sigi Wimala (born June 21, 1983) is an Indonesian model and actress hailing from Jakarta, Indonesia. She rose to prominence after winning a cover girl contest for the teen magazine GADIS Sampul in 1999.
Represented by Elite Models, Wimala made her big screen debut in the film “Tentang Dia,” which earned her the Best New Actress award at the Indonesian Movie Awards in 2007.
Prior to her success in entertainment, she pursued studies in architecture and photography at Tarumanegara University, with her photographic works being exhibited at prestigious institutions such as Galeri Salihara and the National Museum.
In 2009, she married Timo Tjahjanto with whom she shares two daughters.
