She holds Personal Training and Sports Nutrition certifications from ISSA and shares her wellness journey with over 260,000 followers on Instagram through her account “Your Sexy Self.” Prior to her fitness career, she graduated with a degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University before moving to Los Angeles.
