Shu Qi made waves with her acclaimed performance in Millennium Mambo, the horror flick The Eye 2, and the smash hit romantic comedy If You Are the One. Her work earned her a Golden Horse Award for Three Times in 2005. She made her cinematic debut in 1996’s Viva Erotica, which won her a Hong Kong Film Award for Best Supporting Actress (as Mango). Shu Qi also had major campaigns with high-end fashion brands like Emporio Armani and Kenzo Takada. Born Lin Li-hui, she grew up in Taiwan until age 17 when she moved to Hong Kong to focus on acting – most recently appearing alongside Karen Mok in 2002’s So Close.
