Shirly Gomez, born on September 7, 1978, in Barranquilla, Colombia, is a Colombian model, actress, and television presenter. She rose to prominence after her appearance on the reality series Protagonistas de Novela. Following this debut, she ventured into acting and starred in several telenovelas such as Cuando Vivas Conmigo and Diomedes el Cacique de La Junta.
Gomez has also participated in various beauty pageants including Miss Tanga Cristal, Miss Belleza Juvenil, and Miss Mundo Colombia. Prior to her entertainment career, she pursued higher education at the Autonomous University of the Caribbean.
Her performance in Diomedes el Cacique de La Junta earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Telenovela at the 2016 Premios TVyNovelas. On social media platform Instagram with over 950,000 followers.
