Shelly Fairchild is an American country singer born on August 23, 1977, in Clinton, Mississippi. She first gained recognition with her debut album “Ride,” featuring the hit single “You Don’t Lie Here Anymore.” Prior to her music career, she began performing as a child in church and later joined her high school’s show choir. Fairchild further pursued her passion for music and theater at Mississippi College.

Notably, she had the opportunity to perform as an opening act on Rascal Flatts’ Here’s to You Tour. Coming from a Southern musical family, Shelly has deep roots in the world of country music.
