Sharon Bruneau (born February 1, 1964) is a former Canadian female bodybuilder known for her participation in events such as Ms. Olympia, Ms. International, and the IFBB North American Championships during the 1990s.
Outside of bodybuilding, Bruneau has also pursued a career as a Hollywood actress and stuntwoman. She has appeared in films such as R.S.V.P. and Smokin’ Aces.
Born in Timmins, Ontario, Bruneau initially began her professional journey as a fashion model before transitioning into bodybuilding and acting.
In addition to her athletic pursuits, Bruneau has graced the covers of Muscle & Fitness and Flex magazines.
Bruneau was married to stuntman Scott Workman until his passing in 2013.
