Shamicka Lawrence is an American reality star known for her marriage to actor Martin Lawrence and her appearance on the VH1 show Hollywood Exes. Born on November 11, 1975, in the United States, she has since transitioned to a career as a cook and released a line of spices called Don’t Hurt Cha’ Tongue Baby.
Prior to her fame, she began dating Martin Lawrence in 1997 before getting married in 2010. It was through her grandmother that she developed a passion for cooking and honed her culinary skills.
In 2011, Shamicka was diagnosed with Lupus and Celiac disease. Her journey with these health challenges has influenced her culinary style as she now promotes a healthy diet which has helped support her well-being while living with the diseases.
Following their divorce in 2012, it was revealed that Shamicka and Martin had three children together – two biological children and one from Martin’s previous marriage.
