Shabnam Gholikhani (born November 10, 1977) is an Iranian movie actress known for her leading roles in both film and television.
Gholikhani gained recognition for her portrayal of the titular role in the religious film “Saint Mary” (1997). She later went on to secure leading roles in television series such as “The Ladder of the Sky”. Besides acting, she has also directed documentaries and feature films, including “Zendegi” (2010).
Prior to her rise to fame, Gholikhani began her career as a theater actress and appeared in productions like “Antigone”. In addition to her work on screen, she has taught acting at Tehran Azad University.
Gholikhani was born in Tehran, Iran. She is married to a man named Reza.
