About Senna Guemmour
Senna Guemmour (born December 28, 1979) is a German pop singer who rose to fame as a member of the girl group Monrose, formed through the reality singing show Popstars in 2006. The band achieved chart success with hits such as “Hot Summer” and “Shame.”
Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Guemmour auditioned for Popstars in 2003 but was initially rejected before gaining success with Monrose. In addition to her music career, she hosted the German version of the karaoke game show The Singing Bee in 2008.
Born to parents of Moroccan descent, Guemmour’s father passed away in 1992.
