Sbahle Mpisane, born on June 18, 1993 in Durban, South Africa, is an Instagram star and personal trainer. With around 2.4 million followers on the platform, she has become a fitness icon by documenting her journey to wellness. She is also the founder of the successful personal training and bootcamp program FitnessBunnie.
Before gaining recognition as a fitness inspiration, Sbahle struggled with insecurities regarding her body during her upbringing. However, in October 2014 while studying at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, she decided to fully commit herself to fitness.
In 2017, she was honored with Glamour magazine’s Woman of the Year award in the “health” category for her impactful work.
