About Sarah Urist
Sarah Urist (born October 3, 1979) is an American museum curator and show host, best known for her work on the PBS program The Art Assignment. She previously served as a curator at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and is married to author John Green.
Before embarking on her career in art curation, Urist completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University and earned a graduate degree from Columbia University.
Urist has two children, Henry and Alice, with her husband John Green. Interestingly, she first met Green while he was dating her boxing partner.
