Samantha Bee, born on October 25, 1969 in Toronto, Canada, is a Canadian comedienne and TV actress. She is well-known for her frequent appearances on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. In 2015, she began hosting her own show on TBS called Full Frontal with Samantha Bee.
Before rising to fame, Bee attended McGill University and the University of Ottawa before completing her studies at Toronto’s George Brown Theatre School.
As a founding member of The Atomic Fireballs, a Toronto-based sketch comedy group, Bee has proven herself as an influential figure in the entertainment industry.
In 2001, she married fellow Daily Show actor Jason Jones. The couple welcomed three children–Piper, Fletcher and Ripley–between 2006 and 2010.
