About Sabine Marcelis
Sabine Marcelis (born August 13, 1988) is a Dutch sculptor known for her material, installation, and object design work. She operates her own design studio located in Rotterdam.
Marcelis has collaborated with the Office for Metropolitan Architecture and is represented by Etage Projects in Copenhagen and Gallery Bensimon in Paris.
In 2011, Marcelis participated in the group show Liberations of Light in Eindhoven, Netherlands marking her first major exhibition. She gained further attention through collaborations with brands such as Celine, Repossi, and FOS.
Marcelis was a Braun Prize 2012 National Winner and also won first place at the Mosjoen Grafisk Identitet Konkurranse in Norway.
She was born and raised in The Netherlands
