Roxy Shahidi, born on March 12, 1983, in England, is a renowned soap opera actress. She is best known for her role as Leyla Harding on ITV’s popular Emmerdale soap opera. In addition to her television work, Shahidi has also made a name for herself in professional stage productions such as Rafta, Rafta at the Royal National Theatre in London and Christie Malry’s Own Double Entry at Manchester’s Palace Theatre.
