Rita Dominic, born on July 12, 1975, in Mbaise, Nigeria is a renowned Movie Actress. She is celebrated for her roles in over one hundred Nollywood films and video productions. Rita gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Clara Ikemba in the movie The Meeting and was honored with the Africa Movie Academy Award in 2012.
She began her journey shortly before attaining a bachelor’s degree in theater from the University of Port Harcourt, making her film debut in the 1998 feature A Time to Kill. Rita has also been awarded a City People Award in 2004.
Coming from an illustrious family background with parents working as a doctor and nurse respectively, Rita grew up alongside three older siblings in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria.
