Rennae Stubbs, born on March 26, 1971 in Sydney, Australia, is a retired tennis player known for her success in doubles competitions. Throughout her career spanning from 1992 to 2010, Stubbs won four Grand Slam doubles titles and two mixed doubles titles. She also achieved the prestigious title of ITF World Champion after winning the 2001 WTA Championships.

Stubbs made her debut as an ITF doubles competitor in 1988 and later clinched her first WTA Tour tournament victory at the 1992 Asian Open. She holds the record for being the then-longest serving Australian Fed Cup team member between 1992-2010 with over 28 victories.

In addition to her accomplishments on the court, Rennae Stubbs was also recognized for being openly lesbian since coming out in 2006. Furthermore, she served as a lead female analyst for NBC’s coverage of both the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games.
