Rebecca Pacheco, born on August 15, 1980 in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, is a renowned yoga teacher and author. She gained recognition for her popular yoga and wellness blog Om Gal and her book Do Your Om Thing. Pacheco has also been featured in national ad campaigns for brands such as Reebok, Ibek and New Balance.
Prior to her career in yoga, Pacheco earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Richmond where she also studied Eastern philosophies and religion.
In addition to her achievements in the field of yoga, Pacheco made history by becoming the first person ever to teach yoga at Fenway Park, the esteemed baseball stadium. She is married to Dan Fitzgerald, founder of the Heartbreak Hill Running Company.
