About Raquel Dakota
Raquel Dakota, born on August 28, 1988 in California, is a reality star known for her role as the third stewardess aboard the mega-yacht featured in the 3rd season of Bravo’s reality television program Below Deck.
Before gaining fame on television, Dakota graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Arts in US History after earning an athletic scholarship. Away from television, she had a passion for surfing and was a competitive national surfer. In addition to this, she became certified as a ski instructor and surf guide.
Dakota comes from an eco-conscious family; both her parents were eco-activists – her father was also a surgeon and her mother was a world champion surfer.
