Rachael Harris, born on January 12, 1968, in Worthington, Ohio, is an American TV actress known for her role as Tanya on the television series New Girl. She gained recognition after being nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Lead for her portrayal of Linda in the 2011 film Natural Selection.
Prior to her acting career, Harris trained and performed with the improv comedy group The Groundlings. She also holds a theater degree from Otterbein College.
