About Psalm Isadora
Psalm Isadora (September 17, 1975—) is a renowned sex and relationship expert known for founding the global sex coaching program Urban Kama Sutra. Hailing from California, she gained prominence as a featured expert on Playboy TV’s Cougar Club and Buzzfeed’s Modern Sex in 2016.
Isadora’s upbringing took place in a strict religious cult environment that suppressed her sexuality. This experience eventually led her to travel to India in 2007, where she delved into yoga and the Tantra method.
An advocate for empowerment through sexual expression, Isadora’s work with repressed women in Calcutta was featured in the documentary Shakti. Additionally, she created the OYoga technique, which combines belly dancing, burlesque, and yoga practices.
