Pooja Hegde is an Indian movie actress, born on October 13, 1990, in Mumbai, India. She gained attention as a finalist in the 2010 Miss Universe India pageant and has since appeared in Telugu and Tamil films such as Mukunda and Mugamoodi.
Before her acting career took off, she was studying for a Bachelor of Commerce degree and participated in dance and modeling events at her university. Her portrayal of Nandana in the 2014 film Oka Laila Kosam alongside Naga Chaitanya earned her critical acclaim.
