Plumb, born Tiffany Arbuckle Lee on March 9, 1975 in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a pop singer known for her notable works including the albums Candycoatedwaterdrops and Chaotic Resolve. She has sold over 500,000 albums and more than two million singles worldwide. Before her musical career took off, she moved to Nashville at the age of nineteen where she found work as a background singer for Bill Gaither and Amy Grant.

Plumb has collaborated with artists such as Mandisa, Jaci Velasquez, and Natalie Grant on songwriting projects. She was born in Indianapolis and raised in Atlanta before marrying Jeremy Lee with whom she had three children.
