Piyah Martell, born on January 3, 1992 in Sacramento, California, is a transgender YouTube star. She gained attention for her appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2012 and is best known for her rare disorder called caudal regression syndrome.
Before gaining fame, Piyah made the brave decision at fifteen to express to her parents that she identified as a girl. This marked the beginning of her transition as a transgender woman.
