Persephone Swales-Dawson is a British soap opera actress who achieved recognition for her role as Nico Blake in the long-running series, Hollyoaks. Born on July 11, 1997, in England, she made her acting debut with this breakout role and also appeared in the movie Risk Takers.

Prior to her successful audition for Hollyoaks, Swales-Dawson underwent four call backs before securing the part of Nico. She attended the British Soap Awards just one month after being cast in Hollyoaks and has a pet French bulldog.

Swales-Dawson’s early life was spent in England where she was only fourteen years old when she received the offer to join the cast of Hollyoaks.
